Job Summary
The Advanced Practice Practitioner will work closely with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive palliative and hospice care services. Responsibilities
- Document patient medical histories accurately to inform care decisions.
- Manage and control symptoms to ensure patient comfort.

Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Nurse with an Advanced Practice Nurse license in Texas.
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid driver’s license with appropriate insurance coverage is necessary.
