Job Summary
The role involves overseeing the entire recruiting process for positions within Software Engineering, Infrastructure, and Product teams, from the initial candidate sourcing through to the final offer stage. You will also collaborate with technical leadership to set requirements and evaluate recruiting key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance the recruiting strategy.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruiting cycle for engineering and product roles.
- Collaborate with technical leaders to define hiring requirements.
- Analyze and optimize recruiting KPIs to improve pipeline strategies.
- Ensure effective candidate sourcing and engagement throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, particularly in engineering or product roles.
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Talent Management Systems (TMS) tools.
- Ability to work on-site at a Salesforce hub for three days each week.
