Job Summary
This internship offers an opportunity to engage with Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies in the creation of 3D structural models while supporting the design of various building structural systems. The intern will work in conjunction with project managers and technical staff to generate essential design documents such as site plans, elevations, and calculation reports.
Responsibilities
- Utilize BIM technologies for the development of 3D structural models.
- Assist in the design and assessment of building structural systems.
- Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to prepare necessary design documentation.
- Prepare site plans, elevations, and calculations relevant to projects.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in architectural, civil, or structural engineering.
- Preference for candidates who have completed their junior year of study.
- Familiarity with 3D modeling software and a solid grasp of engineering principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
