Noblis is looking for a seasoned Systems Engineer with experience in the Intelligence Community (IC) who holds an ACTIVE security clearance. The role involves analyzing and documenting IT requirements through various gathering techniques, as well as transforming business needs into comprehensive technical specifications.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and document IT requirements based on client and organizational needs.
- Utilize gathering techniques to capture and define specifications.
- Transform business requirements into clear and actionable technical requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of technical solutions.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s Degree with at least 2 years of experience in Systems Engineering.
- Familiarity with the Intelligence Community and its operational processes.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts.
- Active security clearance is required.
