The Regional Manager of Operations will oversee and enhance the operational functions for a network of specialty, emergency, and urgent care hospitals situated in the Mid-South. This role is pivotal in optimizing financial outcomes, mentoring hospital leadership, and ensuring uniform operational methods across all facilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational leadership and guidance for the portfolio of hospitals.
- Drive financial performance improvements and operational excellence.
- Coach and develop hospital leadership teams.
- Ensure consistent execution of operational strategies throughout all locations.
- Travel extensively to support various establishments within the region.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in veterinary hospital operations.
- At least 2 years in multisite or senior-level management roles.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a comparable field.
- Strong financial literacy and acumen.
