Job Summary
The Manager Academy is a 6–9-month program designed to provide comprehensive management training, enabling participants to transition from individual sales roles into management positions. This position involves selling home security solutions directly in customers’ homes. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will receive a guaranteed promotion.
Responsibilities
- Engage in direct in-home sales of home security solutions.
- Complete the Manager Academy training program within the designated time frame.
- Transition to a management role effectively after graduating from the academy.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in direct in-home sales.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Capability to excel in a performance-based setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Willingness to relocate following program completion.
