Job Summary
The role involves the analysis of global retail real estate investments while formulating financial business cases that encompass financial metrics, macroeconomic trends, along with both customer and employee experiences. The objective is to create models, forecasts, and performance reports, offering insights and actionable recommendations to support executive decision-making regarding store expansion and portfolio investments.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and analyze investment opportunities in the retail real estate sector.
- Develop financial models and business cases that reflect key financial metrics and market trends.
- Create forecasts and comprehensive performance reports.
- Offer strategic insights and recommendations to aid in store growth and investment decisions.
Qualifications
- A minimum of five years’ experience in finance, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or a similar quantitative field.
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or its equivalent.
- Advanced skills in Excel and Keynote.
- Expertise in quantitative and financial analysis.
- Ability to communicate effectively across various functions.
- Experience with process improvements and AI tools.
- Strong skills in prioritization with a keen attention to detail.
