Job Summary
The position involves spearheading the establishment and continuous operation of the campus credit union branch. This includes collaboration with various credit union departments and college partners in areas such as staffing, training, regulatory compliance, service delivery, and program objectives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the launch and ongoing operations of the campus credit union branch.
- Work closely with credit union departments and college collaborators.
- Manage recruitment, supervision, coaching, and development of student officers.
- Facilitate branch service, promote financial education, and enhance campus outreach.
- Build and maintain strong community relationships.
Qualifications
- Preferred bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of five years of experience in retail banking or credit union settings.
- At least three to five years of experience managing branch operations and leading a team.
- Equivalent education and experience may be taken into account.
- Strong understanding of branch operations, leadership and coaching skills.
- Experience in project management, with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective judgment in managing compliance, risk, and sensitive information.
