Job Summary
The role involves developing and managing standard costs, offering support for Oracle 11i and Oracle Cloud ERP cost accounting functionalities, and participating in ERP implementation initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for preparing monthly journal entries and reconciliations related to costs, analyzing financial outcomes, clarifying variances, and providing assistance during audits and various projects.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain standard costs.
- Support cost accounting functions within Oracle 11i and Oracle Cloud ERP.
- Contribute to ERP implementation efforts.
- Prepare monthly journal entries and cost reconciliations.
- Analyze and review financial results, explaining variances.
- Assist with auditing processes and additional projects.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, focusing on Finance or Accounting.
- A minimum of two years of relevant finance or accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Preferred experience includes knowledge of Oracle ERP, standard cost development, and variance accounting.
- Experience in cross-functional and international collaboration is advantageous.
