The position integrates technical support, product development, and predictive maintenance to improve operational efficiency and productivity across all sites. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field and at least 10 years of progressive experience in paper mill operations. Additionally, 7 years of experience managing operating or capital budgets and proficiency with CMMS software are required.
