Job Summary
The Business Banker plays a crucial role in driving the growth of new loan and deposit business while nurturing relationships with current clients through dedicated service and support. This position entails performing credit analysis, structuring loan requests, and working alongside bank partners to promote and sell various products and services.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for loans and deposits.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional service and support.
- Conduct thorough credit analysis for potential borrowers.
- Structure loan requests to meet clients’ financial needs.
- Collaborate with fellow bank partners to cross-sell relevant products and services effectively.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in bank lending sales.
- High school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance is preferred.
- Additional experience in credit analysis is advantageous.
