Job Summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in Human Capital or Business Operations is essential.
- At least 3 years of experience supporting executive stakeholders.
- Extensive background in the Government Contracting industry is crucial.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms, notably Workday, is mandatory.
