Job Summary
The RN Assisted Living Director (SALSA) is accountable for overseeing the operations of an assisted living facility, ensuring that holistic care and support are provided to residents. This role involves leading the nursing staff, enhancing the quality of life for residents, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and manage nursing staff within the assisted living facility.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents while fostering an environment of respect and dignity.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to meet individual resident needs.

Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the relevant state.
- Proven experience in a nursing or supervisory role within assisted living or long-term care settings.
