Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Night Shift Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical/Surgical for a contract position based in Cleveland, OH, with a total duration of 13 weeks.
Responsibilities
- The position will involve providing comprehensive nursing care to medical and surgical patients during the night shift.
- Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Educate patients and their families regarding post-operative care and health management.
Qualifications
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Valid nursing license with appropriate verification.
- Compliance with immunization requirements including MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella.
- Successful completion of fit testing for respiratory protection.
- Documentation of Tdap vaccination.
- Completion of a health assessment statement.
- Valid driver’s license or state identification required.
- Mandatory 2 Step PPD or IGRA testing (Quantiferon/Tspot).
- Satisfactory clearance from a criminal background check.
- Successful drug screening results.
- Completion of all necessary UHS modules and competencies.
- Submission of required attestation and verification documents.
