Job description
The Licensed Vocational Nurse is tasked with providing nursing services to patients in their residences while working under the guidance of a registered nurse. This role includes collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure proper care coordination and keeping detailed clinical records. Applicants should have finished a recognized Licensed Practical Nursing program and have a minimum of one year of hands-on clinical experience. A valid LPN license, CPR certification, and a current driver’s license are necessary for this position.
