Job Summary
The Finance Business Partner acts as the primary financial authority for a range of brands, collaborating with operational leaders to achieve revenue, gross margin, and EBITDA goals. This role is integral in overseeing the financial operating processes including budgeting, forecasting, conducting monthly business evaluations, and executing corrective measures for accounts that are not meeting performance expectations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the financial strategy for a designated portfolio of brands.
- Collaborate with operations to reach financial performance targets.
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Conduct monthly business reviews to assess performance.
- Develop and enforce corrective action plans for accounts that underperform.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant FP&A experience.
- Strong skills in financial modeling and advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience using ERP/BI tools such as Workday Adaptive Planning or NetSuite.
