Job Summary
We are seeking a Certified Surgical Technician for the OR012ST-MOSC GU, GYN, Gen, and Eyes Davinci XI specialty. This is a contract role based in Cleveland, OH, with a commitment of 13 weeks.
Responsibilities
- Assist in surgical procedures across various specialties, including GU, GYN, General Surgery, and ophthalmology using the Davinci XI system.
- Maintain sterile conditions and manage surgical instruments effectively during operations.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient care and successful surgical outcomes.
- Adhere to all healthcare protocols and standards throughout the surgical process.
- Document relevant information as needed and participate in the preparation for surgeries.
Qualifications
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (MMR) immunizations.
- Successfully passing a fit test for respiratory protection.
- Proof of Hepatitis B and Varicella vaccinations.
- Tdap vaccination documentation.
- Completion of UHS-related verifications and attestation processes, including I-9 forms and background checks.
- Provider of a physical health statement along with an influenza vaccine.
- Two-step PPD or IGRA test (Quantiferon/Tspot) compliance.
- Valid driver’s license or state-issued ID.
- Submission of all requisite UHS documentation and completion certificates.
